This cock ring is a 1/2 inch wide with metal snaps to adjust sizing. Wider version also available.

Sizing: Worn naturally with all snaps done up, the circumference is 6 inches but with multiple snaps can go as wide as 7 1/2 inches or as small as 5 1/2 inches. Not sure of the size, take a soft measuring tape or string and measure around the base of dick and balls to determine your circumference.
