This model is called the Tormentor and features a studded bottom in a stretch Nylon and Spandex fabric. The top of the pouch is attached in three spots to rings on the waistband forming two revealing cutouts. Spin it around and you'll find a simple thong back.

The harness part is a single strap attached at the bottom to the center ring of the pouch and at the top to a studded Velcro dog collar and includes a decorative ring three quarters the way up that sits just above the chest.
